特長

◇外部照射光による正反射像なのでロスのない画像が得られる。
◇半弧（１６０°）を１０等分するハレーション照明を持ちワークを中心に扇状の照明、即ちR照明にて約９０°の視野をもつ。シャフト表面の打痕、キズ、汚れ等凸凹の隆起状態が確認できる。

用途

◇モーターシャフト及びシリンダーシャフト（１０～０．３）・ドリル・針・ベアリング・半田ボール等円形、多角形、球面体等の打痕、キズ、汚れ等の観察及び検査。
◇IC及びチップ部品等の半田付け濡れ性の観察及び検査。
◇面実装ICモールドクラック（４μmまで）の検査。
◇プラスチック、デルリン、ベーク等の加工品の表面観察。

R-Illumination Video Microscope for curved surface seekers　

Characteristics
●By external illumination light, it can be obtained the picture without lost items, as it is the picture of correct reflections.
●It is capable to divide as 10 sections equally on semicircle（160°）by Halation illumination, then it has an ability immediately to obtain about 90 degree range scope by R Illumination; Also it is capable of being the center fan-shape illumination. Conditions of ridges on 凹凸; such as to be shown as shaft surface dent, scratches, and dirt, etc., also can be observed and confirmed.

Applications
●Observation and inspection of dent, scratches, dirt etc., on motor shaft, and cylinder shaft （φ１０～φ０．３）, on the drill, needle, bearing, solder ball, etc., circular shape, for multi-angle shapes, or spherical plane.
●Observation and inspection of soldering moist, wet conditions, etc., on IC and/or on chip parts' surface.
●Inspection of actual plane IC mold cracks.（４μm smallest）
●Surface plane observation of processed items such as plastics, Delrin baking, etc.,
