特長

◇外部照射光による正反射像なのでロスのない画像が得られる。
◇微小角を持つ反射像が得られるので、表面の隆起状態が確認できる。
◇照明がワークに接近しているので照射量が少なくて済みワークに対する影響が少ない。
◇ワークとカメラ間に照明を持たないのでレンズ内での照明リークによる影響はなく、クリアーな画像が得られる。
◇微小角なので画像の傾斜歪みが無視できる。

High-magnification type Halation Video Microscope for special seekers

Clear and highly accurate & precise pictures can be presented by using Halation Illumination Method together with Tele-centric Zoom lens , by 600 magnification (15" monitor). As a surface plane observer, "To see which can not be seen.”
This microscope is the best performer of its class. It is reliable for target area observer using 100X-600X zoom lens which can be focused in the area of your choice, also it may be easily to be enlarged for your convenience for, or to find the object. It is suitable especially for observing the cracks, scratches, etc., and highly reliable to see the objects. The size of 2μm grain can be observed.

Characteristics
●By external illumination light, it can be obtained the picture without lost items, as it is the picture of correct reflections.
●As microscopic angle applied and reflection picture shall be shown, thus, surface plane ridges can be identified and confirmed ; conditions can be seen.
●As illumination is close to the work piece, thus, the amount of
illuminated reflection is a little bit and not so influential.
●There is no illumination available between the work piece and the camera. So that inside lens, there isn't any influence by the illumination leak.
●Due to the microscopic angle picture, slope strain can be ignored.

Applications
●Inspection of EL・ＬＣＤ's ITO edge area details. It is possible to observe liquid crystal regardless of inside closed packing. A C F inspection etc., for after electrode pressure welding.
●It is possible to inspect the racks, scratches, dirt as small as 2 microns on IC chips.
